I think 1/2 of the utilities will range about 75 each month. Utils are: Progress Energy, PSNC Gas (for heat and hot water there is gas), Water. Energy bill can get as low as 35/month in the winter. Gas is as low as 18/month in summer and 60/month in cold Winter months. Water is always about 32/month.
