So, what about him dribbling the ball off of some dudes foot to turn it over and then loose the game? How bad is that gonna hurt him?

Phoenix rookie TJ Warren has a broken left thumb - Suns have no timetable for his return - he'll wear a splint for a while

Non-shooting thumb, though.

Things are on the up and up for us.

Its not the end of the world for tj and all things suggest he'll be a good player but this is not what a rookie year should look like for someone of his caliber talent bouncing in and out of the d. I still stand by him needing an extra year to have been a greater investment to his initial team instead of a messy year like this on a good team.

They said they're bringing him back in a week. Just wanted to get him and Ennis some playing time after their injuries.

Calm down guyz.

Id rather have the larger lotto paycheck and more money overalll one year later plus additional side money associated with beimg a household name after dominating in college for a few years and the higher chance at a longer career. But then again thats just me

Because if there's one thing we all know about sports, it's that the future is guaranteed. Besides, no rookie is making real money. It's a race to get to the 2nd contract from the moment you're good enough to be drafted.

[Edited on November 14, 2014 at 1:55 PM. Reason : Vonleh was so garbage that he was selected freshmen of the year in the best conference in basketball]

The E Man thinks Lebron will never be successful and that he should have gone to college to work on his outside shooting

A year or two at UK or Duke would have helped him build up some muscle mass, too.

^No..a year or two wouldn't have been enough. He would've needed 4 years.

[Edited on November 14, 2014 at 2:32 PM. Reason : going pro early, when you could stay in college at no cost, is always the wrong the decision imo]

Lebron is just one of the many examples of a guy who worked his way up from the d league to superstardom

you mean the TJW who got sent to the d-league. pretty much every small forward in the NBA gets pidgeon-holed into being a bench wing shooter who gets 3's and plays defense and thats about it. use shane battier as the template. solid defender who can shoot 3's from the outside consistently. TJW doesn't have the size to play PF and is lacking the 3 ball that's kinda where it ends when it comes to NBA contribution. granted i'd love to see him succeed but thats the state of the game right now

Hopefully he'll be back in the NBA in no time. Seems like a not terrible idea to get him some run in the D League early. He's been hurt and is on a deep team. The playing time will surely help him.

I just hope that he doesn't get stuck to a bench rotation guy in his first two years.

What is so mind boggling is that they are sticking with PJ "I couldn't stay eligible at Texas" Tucker.

Pj is a terrific shooting guard.

Tj has sucked.

Tj isnt a shooting guard.

you know he isn't getting a lot of attention from coaches either. he''s basically half retired. theres no way this is better for his future than playing against the focus of entire college defenses, gaining exposure, and working on his 3 pointer with more attention from coaches.

maybe we should start with grammar and punctuation.

I get it. You like him because he is a big guy that rebounds well and shoots with efficiency. But, he ain't nearly as good of a pure scorer as TJ. Would you even put PJ in a top 10 position list?

His problem is clearly PJ. That dude is a cancer to his team.

lol, it's somewhat ironic that PJ was kicked off the team for being academically ineligible (and embarrassed by ESPN) when at the same time people at UNC were skating by on paper classes.
