haha. I have like 4 years and 4 months left on my contract. I'll probably extend that by ~2 years for ~75k, advancement, and those 2 years of shore duty sometime next year. I don't think this is the life for me, but those extra 2 years ensure a couple important qualifications, and make me financially set and ready for life after the navy.
