Quote : | "North Korea actually announced this discovery in 2011, but only recently released the announcement in English. The English release poorly translated the name of a historical location, Kiringul, as "Unicorn Lair," a very evocative name for Westerners. But in Korean history, the name Kiringul has a rather different significance. Kiringul is one of the sites associated with King Tongmyong, the founder of Koguryo, an ancient Korean kingdom. The thrust of the North Korean government's announcement is that it claims to have discovered Kiringul, and thus to have proven that Pyongyang is the modern site of the ancient capital of Koguryo." |

hahahahahahaha my money is on the army with like 4 million brainwashed diehards backed up by massive artillery defending their own turf with 50 years to prepare. the whole world together couldn't invade that place. they are NOT like iraq with 40% middle class educated population or Afganistan which favors the motorized and airborne since it's so sparsely populated and undeveloped. N. Korea is the ultimate COME AT ME BRO scenario. Bombs are useless, they don't rely on industrialization, only stockpiles. Nukes/Chem/Bio are useless, they don't rely on popular support. Propaganda is useless, they kill anyone who has ever been outside the country.
If aliens flew over u in a flying saucer and said "we will invade in 2 days, we won't hurt u, we want to give you knowledge and lots of amazing technology and free food, just let us kill all your family members in the army first and remove your God/glorious leader" what do you think you would say? ok yea!! sure!!!
btw. the DMZ includes a huge wall built by the SOUTH Koreans (designed to only be visible from the North)to keep the poor out in the case of a political collapse in the North. they don't want to go the way of Germany. 12/16/2012 8:42:14 AM |
