I don't know if this is old, but if you have a prescription you get a ton of free food.

If you're not old as balls, why would you have 10 scripts to transfer?

But still, $20 each isn't bad

It's per household (perhaps per VIC card, dunno), so a whole family might have 10

Not all of them do. Most of the newer ones, yes.

So what would keep me from transferring my prescription once, collecting the $20, and transferring it back to my regular pharmacy the next month?

Well, what are they going to do take it back? It says that when you fill the prescription, the clerk gives you a $20 coupon. Spend that shit then transfer your script back to your regular pharmacy.

It doesn't make sense to switch back unless you have an incentive to do so since you will get the same pills no matter the pharmacy.

It does if the closest Harris Teeter to you is 15 miles, and the closest CVS is 5

really? I wouldn't.

$20 is not worth the opportunity cost of driving 20 miles out of my way factoring time and gas in.

Walgreens also has a $25 transfer coupon right now. I'm gonna make some money on this.

Kroger does $25 as well. You dont need a coupon, just mention it when picking up.
