I love Abt 12 and it's one of my favorites, but it's still nice to try new things. I think a lot of people getting this are splitting it with friends meaning that the price isn't that outrageous. Yes it is expensive for a beer, but not that expensive if you are considering it as a gift or something to split with friends over the holidays and isn't something that you are buying at this price point on a regular basis.
