I noticed that you can use the Line In to hook into a PC

would there be any way I could also hook it up to the TV if necessary to have the audio from the TV play through it?

I am a little confused. If I am hearing you correctly, you want to use the Line In on your computer to receive audio from your TV. If this is the case, you should be able to receive just about any audio source if you have the right cable.

When I DJed, I used to use a similar method to connect my turntables to my PC to make mix CDs. You just need a Y Adapter and any standard RCA cables.

Or better yet, just get this:

don't use Line In to Line In, use RCA to Line In. It will produce higher quality sound. Line In to Line In may come through in Mono

There's no way the line in on either of those is mono.

If your TV has a headphone jack, that's pretty baller. And by baller, I mean 1993

^truth. I was thinking about a different type of connector I used to have to use, can't think of the name off hand

I wonder if that's a decent system

the reviews say it's ok, and it doesn't seem to take up much space

I need to get rid of my old crappy speakers

bottom line, etc

just overall really, I guess

I mean I don't really have a dedicated system for CDs (LOL CDs RIGHT FHQWHGADS??????? WHO USES THOSE ANYWAY IN 2012! THEY'RE OBSOLETE AS EL NACHO SAID HA HA HAAAA) for listening out loud

:3

and it'd be nice to be able to hear shit from the computer and TV through them - also I have a couple of iPods so that could be sorta convenient

also I was working on a DnB track (long hiatus on that but might pick it back up) and having a subwoofer and decent system would tell me how it sounded on a real speaker instead of just headphones. and if I decided to undergo other such projects

For that money you can get a good used receiver and speaker system. With a good receiver, you can plug just about anything into it.

I went ahead and got it cuz I have amazon prime so it should be here by Thursday, so fuck it

now I feel kinda silly tho for overpaying :3

fffff grayfox I pretty much got that exact adapter there

but the line in jack is nested down in there for some reason so it doesn't fit in far enough to work

fffffffffffffffffff
