Depend on the day, and what I'm doing in the gym that day. For simplicity, I'll say that I stick to about a 7 minute mile. 12/28/2012 4:44:46 PM

I used to set it at 5mph and then just change the grade to alter difficulty. I ended up giving myself nasty shin splints this way. I'm tall with long legs and not the greatest balance on those things so anything faster would eventually result in me stepping off the track.
Treadmills are dangerous

6.0 if I'm running.
Sometimes I watch Netflix for an hour and set it to 3.5 with varying degrees of incline. 12/29/2012 1:39:57 AM

If I'm doing a long distance I usually set it at 6.5 for the first mile then do intervals of 6.5 and 7.5 every half mile. 8 for the last mile. 12/30/2012 12:02:10 PM
