Gosling is good in strange roles, where the guy he's playing is just a little off, like Drive, Murder by Numbers, and the aforementioned Lars. He plays a good creep, and his mannerisms and quirks do as much for his characters as his speaking does, if not more. Most likely of the three to win an Oscar, by far, but probably least likely to headline a blockbuster billion dollar trilogy.

Gyllenhaal has really improved over the last half decade and is probably the most versatile of the three. He can play your typical action star, or can carry a rom/com or whodunit without embarrassing himself. My personal favorite of the three, and the one I feel is most likely to continue getting top roles for the next couple decades. Wouldn't mind if his sister fell off the face of the earth.

Tatum is the worst actor, not even in the same league as the others. He's gotten marginally better, and smart directors shield him by minimizing his dialogue and just having him take his shirt off, dance, and/or shoot people. Surprising comedic chops. It wouldn't surprise me to see him carve out a Walhberg type career.

Also, I really like JGL as an actor and a person (from what I've read/seen in interviews and whatnot), and I think he's a very attractive man, but not on Jake's level of pure, unadulterated HOT.
