I think a key difference is that CFA's spicy coating only seasons the exterior, Wendy's coating permeates the meat, yielding more heat and flavor to every bite. This is countered by CFA's superior produce, but it's not enough to close the gap.

i dunno i had a spicy CFA sammich last night and it was pretty delicious. i attribute that to it being cooked right after i ordered it though. i had to wait like 10 minutes but it was much better than the dried up sandwiches that sit out for awhile. also it was reddish colored the whole way through and quite spicy.

SF's produce comment is interesting though because those two shriveled up pickles i get on every sandwich are not cutting it. maybe they have good salads? wouldn't know - never ordered veggies at chicken fil a.

Tobacco Road has the best spicy. They put the whole 10 oz double breast on a bun and it's glorious. Just about makes up for their shitty service and shitty everything else on the menu.

Fast food wise Wendy's is 1st and Cook-out's is second. Cook-out's is actually spicy but just not very big and considering the cheapness of everything else on their menu I rarely get it.

THIS!!! My food was never consistent there (I used to work in the other Diamond View building so I went a lot). So not worth it
