They had the Western Blvd. exit from the inner beltline blocked when I went through around 10:15 a.m.
Flares, cop car parked sideways across the exit, etc.
Some old geezer in a Grand Marquis still tried to take the exit.
The cop looked super happy when the guy stopped in the middle of I-440 causing the 10+ cars behind him to slam on brakes then confusingly drove around the police car onto the otherwise empty exit lane.

Fixing a gas or sewer leak, was supposed to be two days. Realized how bad traffic got today, they're pushing into the night so they don't have this crap happen again tomorrow. Should be close to done if they're not there already.
