expressing humility is the intent of basically all responses, which is why "you're welcome" always felt awkward to me. "My pleasure" is hands-down the best, but only in the case that you actually did something involved and directly for the person. People say thanks way more often than what's warranted, which is the difficulty. For trivial things "no problem" makes more sense.

When I went to Australia they always said "No Worries" when I said thank you. WHY WOULD YOU BE WORRIED!?

One time I started to say "my pleasure" but switched to "no problem" and ended up saying "my problem"
