it's also a good heat source. if my hands are cold and i'm laying around in sweatpants i have no problems putting my hands down there. but i'm not actively tugging on anything.

1. So if a girl wants to scratch down there on herself, would that be frowned upon? I do believe a lot, if not most girls shave all there stuff off. Great cause of itching when you shave errday. Someone needs to make aftershave for genitalia.

I don't do it very often

it mostly seems ineffective since the itch seems to transfer areas or something when I try to scratch it :3

I keep my balls immaculately clean shaven, pretty minimal itching if you do it daily in the shower.
