there's actually such a thing as a "suicide headache," where they have to keep people who get them on suicide watches...the article is an interesting read

I used to get cluster headaches all the time. I had a qeeg and mri they couldn't tell what was going on. They gave me a bunch of crazy medicine and it didn't do shit.

I had all that done too. Cut out caffeine. Drink more water. Hope it isn't a blood clot. 10mg of amitriptyline before bed and drink lots of water helped me. But I get them all the time now because I have not cut out coffee, like, at all.

"The worst headache I have ever had in my life" are the keywords insured folks will need to recite to make sure their insurance will approve an MRI/CT Scan. Good for folks who want treatment rather than endless bottles of pills.
