I understand wanting to do something fresh or connect or whatever, but copying a letter written in sharpie and changing the recruit name as though it was personalized to them seems deceptive almost. Definitely has to be a much better way to freshen things up, like a real personalized letter saying you're excited about meeting the kid or loved his film or whatever...ACTUALLY personalize the shit. Photocopying a shitty sharpied letter = NOT BALLER

Everyone complained TOB wasn't a players coach and a bad recruiter, well this is the type of lame shit that screams players coach. Think of it from a 16 year old kids point of view getting 100s of the same boring letters each day. Anything to just stand out is good, no kid isn't coming because of this.
