I am looking for a someone to provide a temporary foster home for my two cats while I repair and sell my home. They are both very sweet and calm. They are in good health and have no special needs. They both have their claws, but they are easily trained in new places, and I can provide Soft Paws for them (i.e., claw covers). They are both indoor cats, and should not be allowed outside. I'd be willing to pay $50 for the first week and $20 for each additional week as well as paying for their food and litter. I can also provide food dishes, litterboxes, cat trees, and toys. I would like to find them a place as soon as possible.

Please contact me via email for more information or to setup a meeting.

How many weeks are you estimating?

I can't help you, because one of my cats is FeLV positive I'll ask around, though!

It's somewhat uncertain. It'll be at least one week (they'll get the $50), and I hope less than a month.

do you have pictures of the cats?

I'll have to ask my gf and my other two cats to see if they might be amenable

also, I would kind of like a written contract promising that you will take the cats back because I can't have 4 cats

I'd procede with caution here, folks. Anyone who is this particular about cats w/ claws not going outside are probably a little off. You know... Cats being predators and all.

Not wanting your cat to get run over by a car in a strange neighborhood makes you crazy? One of my cats is way too dumb to be let outside, and the other doesn't want to.

What is wrong with not wanting to introduce a non native predator that is responsible for massive population declines in birds, reptiles, and small mammals by keeping your cat indoors where they all should be?

My family owns a cat who is 14 years old and who has lived outside her entire life.

Cats are one of the most independent/self reliant creatures on the face of this earth. No reason to keep them trapped indoors. Especially if you live in a neighborhood...
