Powers on, but sometimes the picture goes away, sometimes there is never a picture.

Last time this happened it was a bad capacitor; afterwards it worked perfectly (been about 6 years).

Screen color is starting to fade; 2 green circles at bottom of screen (can see through them, just a green haze is present); a few other various screen issues as well, thought the full screen is viewable. If you can get it working, this monitor does fine as a secondary monitor for viewing email, etc.
