This thread has been done before, and I'm pretty sure I made nearly the exactly same post.

Really though, the precise measurements of my areolas will only be known to me and my coroner if s/he's a weird one who likes to measure dead people's nipples. They may also be known to my plastic surgeon because I'm pretty sure, in a couple years, getting implants is basically going to be like getting braces.

^^^^ideally only within a certain percentage of the size at maturity (that is, not "as a kid" but more like late teens at earliest), or else they'll be obvious and therefore look terrible

reductions on the other hand I can see becoming more commonplace (despite the pleas of boob-lovers like me), but even so the medical risks are much more severe than for braces, tonsillectomy, or other common childhood procedures (and also idk whether the expenses are coming close to parity)
