people actually trying to get eggs are looking at a lot of pages on this domain. On each of these pages there are multiple ads and page views = money! ( I usually browse with adblock on but i turned it off for the egg hunt just in case)

also - more people were online during the egg hunt and there was more activity then there has been in a long time. users who had left even came back to participate.

CONCLUSION: WE MUST HAVE WEEKLY EGG HUNTS.

srsly though I think I had a decent idea with the Halloween trick-or-treat

a pumpkin hunt would be basically the same as the egg hunt

but a trick-or-treat would have an added angle of complication. Maybe it's that when you get a "trick" rather than a "treat" you get to take away the point from the last person who got one

or something. something bad.
