unless there's a specific reason to cut my hair, i usually let it go 6-8 weeks in between

i cannot stand having "long" fingernails, though...i used to chew them all the time and started cutting them frequently to keep from chewing them...so now i cut every week or so

i cut my toenails at the same time i cut my fingernails...i can't stand "long" toenails

rarely cut my nails, i work on my project car and do woodworking and those things usually take care of tearing up my fingers pretty well before anything gets long enough to trim
