I'm moving out of my house in May (should be available early June) and would like to help my landlord find new tenants. Located in Villages of Tryon neighborhood just past Lake Wheeler, convenient to campus and I-40 and downtown and Garner. It's a nice two-story house in a quiet neighborhood, all the neighbors are really nice or keep to themselves. Landlord is great, nice guy, very attentive if maintenance is needed but otherwise leaves you alone.
Two-story, all bedrooms and two full baths upstairs. Downstairs living room w/ gas fireplace, kitchen, dining area w/bay window, half-bath. Open floor-plan.
3 bedrooms. Large master with two walk-in closets, vaulted ceiling, and large master bath with two sinks, garden tub and separate standing shower. Master suite is awesome. Other two bedrooms are nicely sized, one with direct access to the other full bath.
Two-car garage with double-wide driveway, and parking on street. Mower supplied.
All appliances provided, including w/d. Gas for water heater and fireplace, electric stove and HVAC (maybe gas backup, not sure about that).
Wooden patio out back (or low deck, if you prefer), and fenced-in back yard.
Pet-friendly.
Our rent was $1300/mo. but these things tend to change so take it as a ballpark figure until you talk to him.
