Do modern computers still have that 640K memory built in to the motherboard?

there's 2-16mb in bios/uefi on the motherboard. cpu has ~64k/core L1, 512k-4mb/core L2, and 0-8mb/core L3 in cache

my first puter rembered who it was talking to becasue it baby was so far away with 1 mb instead of the usual 640 mb ram.
