I gotta get shit done, don't feel like going home, and the coffee shop where I am closes at 11.
Does Raleigh have anywhere that's open late or open 24 hours that's not a bar or Wafflehouse or IHOP? We need 24 hour coffee shops.

Also, TWWers, do you have preferred places to sit and work? I've become partial to Cup A Joe, because outlets and coffee and comfy chairs.

Royal Bean?

My desperate all-night work place was the McDonalds at Western x Gorman. Yeah okay, not glamorous, but an updated location, nice booths and seats, cheap food + passable coffee for late nights. I don't really know of anywhere else. This McDonalds helped me pass more than a few exams I'm pretty sure.

Dang, I never thought about McDonald's! That's actually a good spot. But we do need 24 hours coffee shops badly. There are a few nights a month that I can't sleep, and I end up walking around Wal-Mart or Harris Teeter just looking at stuff.

DH Hill and Hunt are nice, but not 24 hours over the summer... they close at 11 on weeknights, 6 on weekends

I didn't even think Hunt was 24 hours during the school year.

^^^I'm not sure about its regular hours as it just opened. I expect once all of the facilities are available/up and running

^^I may have to check that out. Is it any good? Or at least, not sketchy?

My friend does work in that place next to armadillo grill on glenwood. Its pretty nice and really quiet on weekdays but I'd assume it closes at 2 like any other bar.

Yeah they do have wifi. I THINK its called havana's but that could be the other place he was talking about. If you are facing the dillo grillo its in the parking lot to the left. It is a cigar bar but the one time I went there, no one in there.

Mainly they have super comfy couches. Fair warning you might fall asleep
