I wouldn't consider that a fail. Ship righted itself 4 sure. If not there would be more video.

Camera man was in a bad spot. Hope he didn't get seriously injured.

Also, NEW. Haven't seen that one yet and I stay up on my ship launch fails.

It was a NOAA ship launched last year.

You can see the wooden cradle under the ship before it hits the water. That's what explodes and sends shrapnel flying at the idiot who stood to close.
