The second one is some pro surfer named Anstasia Ashley who has mimicked Kim's selfie. Now that surfer, she looks awesome.

Kim's butt just seems to abruptly jut out and just as abruptly end leading to skinny thighs. Compare the width of the upper thigh where the butt ends in both pics... even though the surfer's butt is much smaller, her thighs are thicker, giving an aesthetically smooth transition from butt to thigh. Only when you see the surfer's pic do you realize the abruptness of how Kim's butt ends, leading to comically thin thighs relative to the butt. Nasty.
