we do have generators... we were running on generator power for almost 3 hours when they blew up apparently. After an hour and a half they finally got the generators back online and working. Duke energy said they would "send someone by to look at the problem after 5 am"

our house supervisor said "right so .... we're a fucking hospital.... 5 am isn't going to work for us" (it was 2 am at the time)
