-$435 per room(per peson)/ 12 month lease.
-Each room has private bathroom and walk in closet./ Hardwood flooring.
-Washer/dryer
-Unit on third Floor facing lake johnson
-1 mile from NCSU (Centennial campus), 1.5 miles from Main campus.
-IDEAL FOR NCSU STUDENT. We do accept financial aid or grants if you pay lump sum for the semester.
-Apartment is across the street from lake johnson
-Utilities are paid for. Internet and cable also included.
-Apt. complex has a pool, volleyball court, basketball court

They were charging $300/room at Lake Park a decade ago. I doubt anyone would waste their time trying to get $435 today.

Yeah, Lake Park. I think I paid $325/mo when I lived there in '97/'98. But that didn't include utilities iirc. It was also before the pool/volleyball court/basketball court were built.

^ doubtful. And that unit may be the original owner (bought when they were first built). If that's the case, the unit has probably been paid for by now. The owner may only have to pay taxes and insurance at this point, thus can charge much less and still make money. 7/16/2013 9:05:17 AM |
