help ! I have an MSI p55 mainboard. I recently moved my computer from my old place to my new one. At my old house my computer booted up just fine. Now after plugging it back up here, when i hit power, my computer turns on for about 1 second, shuts off for about 2-3 seconds then boots up just fine.

It is completely normal after it turns itself back on. I've tried desperately to google the solution but everything i've found is forum threads with conflicting information.

Anyone have any idea?
