I had a feeling there would be some kind of confrontation between them after she filed for divorce and went public. Guy just thinks he's invincible now. My thought is like others have said; she was scared to death in the moment he punched her dad and threatened them, so she called the police but later decided not to press charges because he would just retaliate with his trusty gun he hides behind.
