My usual lawn care guy is giving me the runaround, so I need to find someone to take care of a small landscaping job for me, since I will not have time to take care of it this week.

I have a rental unit about ten minutes from cary crossroads that needs the lawn mowed, the ditch weed-eaten, and maybe some of the bigger bushes trimmed down.

For someone with the proper equipment, this is not a big job. Parts of the yard are pretty bare, so there isn't a whole lot of area to actually mow. I would estimate about 1.5-2 hours worth of work.
