Not 100% clear on what slut shaming means

Is it simply accusing a woman of being a slut because she's had sex before, OR shaming a certified slut for all the miles she's had put on her. People seem to use them interchangeably and I am confused

I was dating this girl once who always pulled out the "fuck me harder" talk when we were having sex. It was pretty much like clockwork. Right when she would get all hot and bothered she wanted me to start pounding away.

that is a good question. I know a lot of women that specifically don't, and I also know women that have just never experienced sex like that (or a trusting, "safe" environment for that to be comfortable).
