and yeah, seriously, i'd probably spend time tying up loose ends (giving away possesions, accounts, etc.) and saying goodbye to some people. some maybe to their face, some over the phone, and some in letters/emails.

No. The only way this makes sense would be if you made up your mind that you were going to commit suicide in 24 hours. And if that's the case, you'd probably change your mind anyway.

^ I'd spend the 24 hours trying to figure out how to get the bomb collar off. I'd start by calling the bomb squad.
