that is incredible. i wonder why was she recording something so seemingly mundane in the first place.

Someone driving down the grass median of a highway at a high rate of speed while towing a lawn mower is mundane?

how long could he have possibly been in the median? by the time she had time to decide to start recording and get her phone ready, you'd think he'd have time to stop, or at least slow down.
