Make it simple to bitch. Lost my I phone. Thought I had insurance store said I didn't but wait we will give you one on an early upgrade if you take this little device. Paid 214 out the door boom. Now I magically have a 50 dollars a month 5 gig data lite thing I don't want and am paying 145.07 a month when I should have been paying 95.07. Have been bitching at them on the phone and in person and nothing. Should I contact the BBB?

Nobody is forcing you to ask for advice or stay in this forum if you think it's not constructive.

You absolutely should have read the contract, and understood what your new charges would be. Just like you should understand what the laws are with regard to speeding. Quit acting like you deserve something for nothing.
