It's also pretty hard for a guy to contract HIV from a woman. Considerably more difficult than for a woman to contract it from a man or man to man transfer.

Yeah, it's really unlikely that he would have contracted AIDS during this incident. I sincerely hope that he did, but the odds are stacked heavily in his favor.
