This is supposed to be like Living Social / Groupon - had seen them for years.

Long story short, I bought a $147 "Twongo" to get my yard aerated and overseeded. My credit card was charged 4 days ago, but there is no coupon in my purchased history (or used for that matter). Their numbers listed online are disconnected.

Does anyone know if they are still in business or if they have gone out of business?

Phone number listed online and in BBB did not work. Tried calling them at 459-8600, as well as a 1-866 #...both were disconnected. I filed something online with their support department yesterday AM, but have not yet heard back.

Going to dispute it on my credit card at this point.

To my knowledge, Twongo has always seemed to have pretty sketchy business operations. I don't think it's intentional so much as it being tiny company trying to take on more than it can handle. A lot of important stuff seems to fall through the cracks.
