And there's another that's says, "These people that think it's 'rapey' are totally right. This is distasteful."

I'm annoyed that I don't know what to make of this guy.

dude is singing about a girl with a boyfriend giving him vibes, from the references to dancing in the song and they way he talks about her grabbing him it seems that they are dancing together. It also seems that her hang ups are over the fact she has a boyfriend. Robin mentions that she doesn't seem like the type to be tied down, her and him could have a lot of fun together, her guy doesn't own her and she doesn't need permission to do what she wants. If you look at the rap the first lyric clearly starts out asking the girl for her consent. The bridge and pre chorus allude to her going home with him where they get high, fuck, and possibly start a relationship(though "Here's our beginning" could just be the afterglow and weed talking).

I believe the artist even said somewhere in an interview that people were reading way too much into a song meant to just get people up to dance and have a good time. I don't think it's rapey at all. I think it's like the above.
