the girl wearing the American cheese is awesome

especially since there are millions of starving children in Africa for whom that cheese would be, like, the biggest meal they had all month

and she's probably just going to throw it all on the ground and then fuck the photographer, and bugs will eat it

I dunno, I get a kick out of massive wastes of food, for some reason

^^The wrappers appear intact. They could still be used.

Close inspection suggests that you are right...I do seem to see a sheen of plastic on some of those slices.

Dammit, that really diminishes the quality of the pic. A dress made of unwrapped American cheese slices is classy...but if it's wrapped American cheese, that's lazy and amateurish.

unwrapped cheese slices are pretty fragile when you try to suspend them like that. she looks uncomfortable enough as it is, with the wrappers there to defend her modesty.

If you've never made cheese before, you have to try this recipe for 'ricotta' aka queso fresco or quark. It is so unbelievably good while it's still warm, even made with plain old grocery store milk.

Any cheese aficionados?

Lately been digging some lucerne ghost pepper slices

Only kind i’ve found like that. Seen a few places have habanero but just doesn’t have enough spice. Walmart has some kind thats more expensive but its cheddar, don’t feel like using that for ham sammiches

Where does one get speciality cheeses? Any favorite cheeses others should try?

Blue cheeses taste metallic and bitter to me and I don't understand how people eat them.

Went on a dinner date to a Mediterranean restaurant. One of the starters we got was Grilled Halloumi. She had never had Halloumi until today, and she was blown away by it, especially in combination with one of the cold mezze dips.

You can definitely freeze cheese. There are some best practices to follow to maintain properties.

For instance, freezer 8 individual blocks of 3.59 ghost pepper cheese and take out of the freezer after their November 2022 expiration. Etc etc still sealed, 1 day thawed from freezer date 7-21 and I open Labor day 2022

Sorry, but your dates don't work. This is a best practice fail. Take out after November expiry and open Labor Day of the same year? Check your calendar. I'm worried that you cannot be trusted with the gravity of cheese responsibility. Please kindly report your revised plan for review by the CBI.
