#15, they use what appears to be an example of the Holocaust...I'm sorry, but I'm pretty sure more Jews died during the Holocaust than the entire number of slaves shipped to America during the length of the slave trade (approx 450,000). I think most people use the term "get over it" when they bring up the idea of reparations.

victim? No victim, just the truth. I'm white and I don't feel like a victim. I work my ass off every day not expecting anything from anyone. I've worked in dumps making $6 an hour before. I've done hard labor. I've also worked in offices. I got my education through loans which I am in the process of paying back. Not a one of these things was a privilege given to me because I'm white. Everything I've done in my life could be done whether white, black, hispanic, albino. Now if a black guy does what I did, and a black guy that can't get right says, "Man, why are you acting white?", I have a problem with that. There is no "acting white". Its called working hard, earning what you get, paying your dues. Like I said, I've never heard a white person ask a black person, "Man, why are you acting white?" So what I see is a black person that can't get right blaming white people for his issues. What his issues are, is that he is lazy and doesn't want to work hard for what he gets.

My whole point is this...I have no problems with anyone of any race that goes about their life the right way. The right way being, working your butt off to deserve what you get. Earning a living to support your family through legal means. Not procreating 8 kids through 5 women and leaving them all behind to fend for themselves. Whether you're white, black, hispanic or albino makes no difference to ME.

^^I know what they could accomplish because I work with a damn good many of them. There are more black people and hispanic people that work where I work than there are white people. And yes, they get the "Why you gotta be like them?" treatment all of the time. I work in corrections. But hey, if you are black and work for corrections, you're being like "them" or "the man" right? Why can't it just be, "I see you working and making a good living for yourself." Never once have I seen a white inmate go up to a black officer and say, "Man, why are you acting white?". Have I seen a black inmate go up to a black officer and say it? All the damn time. Have I heard black officers complain about it? All the damn time. So no, I don't know that it doesnt/hasn't happened because I can't be EVERYWHERE. However, in my experience(which is all anyone can really go on, right?)...every single black person or hispanic person or albino person(that doesn't have mental/physical issues) could have the exact same life I do. Not one thing/privilege have I received because I'm white.

Its not like im living some glamorous life driven just because I'm white. There are hundreds of black people that work with me that work just as hard and earn their way. Like I said, i have no problems with them. I appreciate them so damn much because they are what makes this world turn. The blacks, hispanics, whites, etc that are out there robbing people and killing people for no damn good reason...they can all rot in hell for all I care.

both are the same thing and both are racial slurs even if the poeple saying it are too dumb to realize it is a racial slur (usually the case or they wouldn't be thinking it in the first place)

I've heard some black guys called "wiggers" before. because they lived in suburban yuppie Cary, but they tried to dress/talk like ghetto thugs. And their "hood" act was off in the same way that a traditional wigger's hood act is off.

but I've never heard the phrase "why you acting so white" used towards anyone. to be fair, I've been in very few situations where it could conceivably have been used.

It's not a slur in exactly the same sense as calling someone a nigger. There are a few occasions where I don't think it's meant to be a compliment or insult--just a statement/description, and I don't think it would be correct to call it a slur in those contexts.

Finally, when being used as an insult by black people, I don't even fucking know what to call it.

usually when I say "Well-spoken," I'm referring to a female who really is very well-spoken, and is consequently about 3x hotter than she would be otherwise. It's most definitely a legit compliment in my book.
