Maybe, I'm not sure. I ordered it and would rather just sell it to someone else for what I bought it for (which is less than retail) than deal with returning it. I'm not trying to make any money just get my money back. If no one wants it for what I paid for it I'll look into returning it.

Try Walmart. I've had success "returning" unopened DVD's and Video Games that I have won in contests with no receipt

So someone on Craiglist wanted to buy it, I took it out of the packing envelope to head out the door and meet them, and it turns out the company screwed up and sent me the 360 version instead. So if anyone wants it for 360, same price. Otherwise I'm going to send it back,
I imagine I can get a full refund now that they screwed up the order.

You can likely send it back to Amazon, and they'll give you credit on your account (usually for the full amount, if unopened)

I didn't get it from Amazon. I ordered it from another website about 4-5 months ago, completely forgot I ordered it, then ordered another copy from Amazon a few weeks ago. The same day the copy from Amazon arrived I got the shipping e-mail for this one and only then did I remember that I had placed this order. I can send it back but they aren't going to refund me the $5 shipping, so I'd rather just sell it for $45 which was what my total was including shipping, but is still less than retail for anyone looking to pick up a copy locally and save a few bucks. If no one wants it I'll eat the $5 and send it back.
