I wasn't too far off predicting 1-4 start to conference play.

Beating Tennessee on the road was definitely our one WHAT THE FUCK? win of the season.

We match up better with Duke than Virginia and believe it or not Clemson. Duke occasionally plays tough defense but for the most part they're not consistent with it. We know all of their scoring threats so its not like any of their players will surprise us in this regard. I wish Barber will drive to the basket more and kick out the ball to Warren consistently as they will most likely double up on him. If Parker doesn't pull out of the scoring drought he has been having recently and if Duke doesn't land 10 three pointers than this could become interesting.

I know our 3 pt defense is good on paper, but I kind of expect Duke to hit about 12-14 against us tomorrow. Just seems like they will be able to space us out and get a lot of good looks. Wonder if K will run zone against us too since we cannot score against it.

We potentially have the ability to punish Duke on the boards with our size. That's basically how ND beat them. They have absolutely no size or power down low.

But the fact that it's at Cameron and we're relying on a freshman PG makes me think they force us into dumb shit and we lose composure. Duke by 10.

Does anyone have any experience sitting in the student section at Duke?

My girlfriend is a student and has a student ticket for me (they are allowed to bring a guest for this game so I don't need a student ID but I have one just in case). She's now telling me that I have to wear neutral colors or security will remove you from the student section. I'm planning on wearing red but I would like to make it through the whole game. Is this level of discrimination allowed or is it just peer pressure? I've got no problem with being yelled at/made fun of, I just want to watch the game.

I had a similar experience at a UNC football game with my gf at the time. She told me to wear white. I obeyed. I also pulled off my white shirt during the game to reveal red. It was fine.

I doubt they remove you from the game, but I'm no expert about that.

I guess if you wanna take the pussy route wear a white shirt with a state logo.
