I'm contemplating dumping my cat litter in front of all the dog owners houses. The dumpsters as just too far away...as are the can and bags our neighborhood provides for dog poop.

So far we have emailed the HOA and now called them. My husband has spoken to our direct neighbor before and he said he would pick it up but not while it was still warm...he would just go out later and pick them up. Which of course never happens. I'm not sure what my next step will be but I hope to keep it legal. I might bag them all up and start dropping them on known dog owners doorsteps.

They do not bury their shit. They fuck up grass in a half-ass attempt to, and then the shit is still exposed and has to be shoveled. Every single fucking time I mow, I have to go on shit patrol and shovel it up. Plus, I don't want a fucking clawed animal with dirty feet walking on my car if I leave it in the driveway, nor do I want footprints on the paint or glass.
