I just signed a 12 month lease starting on February 25th for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in Marquis at Cary Pwky, and I'm looking for a young professional male that would like to be added to the lease. I plan on using the smaller bedroom as an office/guest room that you are welcome to use as well. You would have the other bedroom with a private bath.
The apartment is in a very convenient location, right across the street from Park West Village, with quick access to I-40 and I-540. Rent for the apartment is $985 a month + utilities, so we would just split in half. I already have furniture for the living room (leather couches, coffee table, end table, TV station, bookshelf) but I don't have a dining table. The apartment complex has a gym, a pool, grills, and a car wash; they also have the option for people to rent garages and/or storage units.
A little bit about me: I'm a 24 year old male, I graduated last year from NCSU and I work as an engineer by the airport. I drink socially, but I do not smoke or do any drugs. I like to hang out and go out with friends. I am pretty clean around the house so I'm looking for someone that will clean after themselves in the common areas.
