guessing she has no idea what nigger means. It would not part of the english instruction they get. Someone probably told her it meant something completely different and recorded it for the lulz.
EDIT: that said, Indians are generally a pretty racist people. But not in the "KKK/kill minorities" kind of way. They're racist in the "I'm too good to associate with people unlike me" way, which includes other Indians.
