Could be a mixup. Last year our secretary gave my flowers to someone else because she misheard the name despite my name being on the card. Though I guess if her name is on the card, then the secret admirer can't be ruled out.

She probably sent them to herself disguised as a secret admirer in a genius level trap.
It plays out:
1) You lie and claim you sent them, she catches you in the lie and extorts a big expensive apology out of you
2) You tell the truth and are now stuck with the decisions to either:
--a) Outdo the admirer, after all you are her husband and if an admirer can go as far as sending flowers, you'll have to something much bigger
--b) Don't do anything and you'll have a growing doubt inside of you. Who is this guy? Is he competition? He's already sent her flowers, what have I done for her? etc.

flowers is kinda aggressive. usually when i flirt with girls i work with its either:

1) cut out a picture of my face and put it over their boyfriend/fiance/husband's face on their pictures at their desk.

2) snapchat nudes.
