the neighbors above my apartment are loud, have a kid that runs around, and a dog they keep out on their balcony that constantly barks. also, they apparently do not need sleep, because they are just as likely to be noisy at 4am as they are 4pm. happy days.

We used to never hear our old neighbors upstairs, unless they were babysitting another neighbors kid, which sounded like a herd of elephants on the ceiling. They moved out and the new folks are a couple of latino guys who are fucking loud. They drag shit around all the time, the stomp around when they walk, and the worst is their music. We have had to go up there twice and tell them to turn it down because it was louder than our TV. I know now what living under a Mexican restaurant is like.
