A jacket inside?

No I'm not cold, I'm wearing a fucking jacket, it keeps be warm, it's kind of their thing.

I ask my husband this. He usually is cold, but I ask bc sometimes I wonder if he just forgot he was wearing his coat still or if he is planning on going out.

It would make more sense to ask people who are not wearing jackets if they are cold, because they don't have a jacket on keeping them warm

yea, usually. But then there are people who have no control over the environment (like coworkers) and you have this feeling that they have a judgement over your cold-nature. But that is looking at it with a negative light, I would like to think most people want to help you out in your 'suffering' as they see it.
