If your pet was involved in legislation and public policy how would they shape our world?
I imagine my dog would nationalize the bacon industry and lobby against the death penalty...but also seek approval for assisted suicide.

Naps and the ability to sleep on furniture would also top his policy agenda.

sometimes I like to imagine my cat doing human things

not being President, but (for example) hosting the Oscars, striding out (on his hind legs) into center stage, wearing a tux with a red bow tie

or scoring certain famous goals in soccer
