Yeah, still in the passive motion phase though. I go in, they put a hot towel on me for 10 minutes, 30 minutes of him moving my arm and then 10 minutes of ice.

Neck is fine. My arm, on the other hand, is only moderately functional. Apparently pinched nerves can cause rapid muscle atrophy.

I always felt awkward during that part. Before your surgery did your shoulder muscles ever even out? I'm still really lopsided when I bench press.

Oh, I didn't know that and that's pretty lame. Hope they can, uh, stop the pinching of the nerves. Obviously Fareako should give you massages every night.
