Looking at using this as a data store for some nutanix boxes. Anyone have any experience with them/inktank?

interesting premise. since it's s3 api compatible, I wonder if the underlying disk could in fact BE s3. if you are looking for a distributed file system that works well and you don't want to worry about the backend, check out magFS
